Cello and guitar as you’ve never heard them. Ilse de Ziah – renowned in Ireland for reimagining traditional airs and pushing the boundaries of her instrument – joins forces with Ian Date, one of Australia’s most versatile guitarists, with a reputation spanning jazz, world, and classical.

The evening begins with Ilse’s acclaimed film Living the Tradition: An Enchanting Journey into Old Irish Airs – winner of multiple international awards – followed by a live concert drawn from their new album Here & There.

Expect ancient Irish airs reimagined, original works with titles like Sea Eagle and Solace in Darkness, and music that moves easily across genres – Celtic, jazz, classical, and beyond.
