UpStage Youth Theatre brings their new production, Work, But This Time Like You Mean It by Honor Webster-Mannison, to Sun Street Studios this November.
A darkly comic and slightly surreal take on stepping into the world of work for the first time, it explores the challenges, frustrations, and surprising connections that emerge in the most unlikely workplaces.

• Thursday 13 November – 7:30pm
• Friday 14 November – 7:30pm
• Saturday 15 November – 1:00pm & 7:30pm
Advisory: This production includes strong language as an integral part of the script.
While created for older teen and adult audiences (15+), please note that it may not be suitable for younger viewers.
Tickets online $25 – $2 surcharge per ticket at the door.

About UpStage Youth Theatre
UpStage Youth Theatre is a Maitland-based company dedicated to empowering young performers through hands-on drama training and productions. Their classes and shows explore stage craft, improvisation, script work and performance skills, developing both artistic technique and stage confidence, guided by experienced theatre educators. Students develop both artistic technique and confidence on stage.

Venue & Accessibility Information
- SEATING: General admission, assigned on a first come first served basis. There is a seat for everyone.
- DOORS OPEN: 30 minutes before the show.
- AFTER THE SHOW: The venue and service continue for at least 30 minutes after the performance for guests wishing to relax before heading off.
- ACCESSIBILITY: The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us if there is anything we can assist with.
This is an all ages alcohol free event.

Orders for pickup before the show close one hour before show time. There is no interval for this show. There may be plate on arrival for purchase without pre-order – subject to availability

A variety of soft drinks, low-sugar options, teas, and coffee are also available for purchase.
After the Show
We love it when the night lingers a little. Stay for a chat, meet the artists, and enjoy the atmosphere. The bar will remain open for around half an hour after the performance for those who would like to unwind with friends – no rush, just good company.
