About Paco Lara
Born in Jerez, Spain – the cradle of flamenco – Paco has toured globally and worked with some of the greats of the genre. Now based in Newcastle, he continues to share the authentic sounds and rhythms of Andalusia with Australian audiences. His performances are distinguished by technical brilliance, expressive depth, and a deep connection to flamenco’s rich tradition.

Flamenco guitarist, Paco Lara brings The Andalusian Guitar show to Maitland, live at Sun Street Studios on Saturday 6 September, 2pm. He’ll be joined on stage by flamenco dancer Deya Miranda Giner for an afternoon of fire, rhythm, and the soulful heart of Andalusia, experienced up close in Sun Street’s warm and intimate setting.
