Presented by Tyler D-B – creator, producer & performer. Featuring 20 singers with a live band, this concert unites Newcastle and Maitland performers in a diverse showcase of Broadway musicals that have inspired a generation of theatre lovers.

Award-winning Irish music film Living the Tradition meets live concert at Sun Street. Cellist Ilse de Ziah and guitarist Ian Date bring a rich crossover of Celtic, blues, and world music for a special Maitland performance. Sunday 26 October, 2:00 pm.

Known for his poetic lyrics, intricate guitar work, and soul-stirring vocals, Ernest will debut a fresh sound with electric guitar woven into his renowned fingerstyle playing. Upstage Youth Theatre takes over Sun Street Studios in Maitland with Honor Webster-Mannison’s absurdist comedy:
a witty, wild ride through the chaos of a fast-food joint and the pressures bubbling beneath the surface.

The Cameron Jones Trio brings the spirit of Manouche jazz to Sun Street Studios. With the Selmer-style guitar at its heart, the Trio delivers swing, warmth, and Parisian flair. Cameron’s European travels, studying with musicians connected to Django Reinhardt, shaped a style rooted in tradition yet alive with improvisation. 🎟 Sunday 16 November 2pm

MHG has its sights set on revitalising Maitland’s iron lace verandahs and bringing back our towns romantic charm.
